City Hall is open Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. For emergencies call 911, for non-emergencies call (636) 949-3000.

Refunds: All rentals are subjected to an administrative cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation fee, if cancelled up to two weeks before the event date*. Cancellations requested less than two weeks from the date of the rental will be given no refund. No refunds will be given for inclement weather.

*Registration made by credit card will be refunded less a 3% processing fee.
